I just made these chocolate peanut butter cups and stuck them in the freezer to help kick any cravings that pop up this week.
Guess what? They are only 3 ingredients and totally 21 Day Fix Approved!!!
So.... Here you go ladies!
SHAKEOLOGY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
4 TB Organic Extra Virgin Coconut oil
8 TB of Chocolate (Vegan) Shakeology
4 tsp of natural peanut butter
Place 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds until the coconut oil is liquified.
Stir in 4 tablespoons of chocolate shakeology.
Divide the chocolate mixture evenly between 24 spots in a mini muffin tin.
Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
The place 1/2tsp of PB in center of each "cup".
Melt the remaining coconut oil in the microwave. Stir in the remaining chocolate shakeology in and pour on top, covering the PB.
Place the muffin tin back in the freezer and leave it in there for at least 15 minutes.
The chocolate cups will slide easily out of the tin. Store in the fridge or freezer!
