The perfect snack for a late night, sweet tooth craving... WITHOUT all of the guilt! Give these a try, but fair *WARNING* they are addictive ;)
Ingredients:
1 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup Xylitol
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Mix all ingredients together & coat almonds
4. Lay almonds on a baking sheet, trying to keep them from sticking together
5. Bake for 25 minutes
