RECIPE: Layered Greek Hummus Dip

Layered Greek Hummus Dip

8 oz. hummus
1 pint grape tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1 roasted red peppers, diced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 tsp paprika
Juice from 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed (optional)


1. In an 8x8 square serving dish, spread the hummus evenly on the bottom. 

2. Layer the tomatoes, cucumber, peppers on top and then sprinkle with feta cheese and olives.

3. Lastly, sprinkle top with paprika and lemon juice if desired. 

4. Serve with vegetables, pita chips or crackers
