RECIPE} Red, White & Blue Salsa

Looking for a HEALTHY and tasty treat to share during your 4th of July BBQ this weekend? How about a Red, White and Blue Sweet Salsa? You can use it with dehydrated fruit chips,  sweet or salty tortilla chips OR top your chicken or fish with it! It's delicious, fun and festive!

Red, White and Blue Salsa!

1 C Fresh organic Blueberries
1 C diced organic Strawberries
1 C diced jicama
1/3 C chopped Cilantro
1/4 C finely chopped Red Onion
2 TB finely chopped jalapeño pepper, stemmed and seeded
Juice of 1 large lime
Salt, to taste

1. In a medium bowl, combine blueberries, strawberries, jicama, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, and lime juice. Stir until mixed well. Season to taste, with salt. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Best if eaten the same day, made.  ENJOY!
