RECIPE} Healthy Cookie Dough Yogurt

Say Whaaaat? Yes, you read that correctly, it was not a type in the title. HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH YOGURT. How delicious does that sound, right? My sweet tooth has been OUT OF CONTROL during my pregnancy. I have never experience anything like this, and I solely attribute it to the fact that this pregnancy is a little girl. Yowza, that wives-tale seems to be true. Anyway, I've been drinking a lot of late night shakeology in order to divert my cravings, but tonight, I went to the grocery store and caved. I totally bought two pints of Ben and Jerry's. Then when I got home, I decided to TRY this recipe (and pray it was good) so that my guilt did NOT spike and send me into a restless night of sleep over something so ridiculous! Outcome = I'm SO GLAD I DID!

Now, I'm sharing the recipe with all of you and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did and (SHOCKINGLY) my husband as well!

Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt



Ingredients:
Makes 1-2 Servings

6oz Plain Greek Yogurt (I use Fage Total Greek Yogurt)
1TB All Natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp Natural Vanilla
1 TB crushed dark chocolate
1 tsp Agave

Directions:

Pour all ingredients together and mix well. 

I placed mine in the freezer for about 10 minutes, to let it set and cool, but do NOT allow it to FREEZE!

Then ENJOY!!!!!!
